Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch care in a dynamic environment focused on maternal and newborn safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to mothers during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor progress effectively.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on labor processes and care plans.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• High-risk obstetric experience is required.
• Immediate newborn care experience is essential.
• Certificates: CPR, BLS, ALS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
