The facility operates within a structured clinical environment supported by on-site psychiatry and nursing staff to facilitate daily care coordination and clinical operations. Clinical workflows are designed to address the primary care needs of children receiving behavioral health services.

Douglasville, Georgia offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to children in a residential behavioral health facility in Douglasville, Georgia, working 3-4 days per week during 4-5 hour day shifts. Clinical responsibilities include conducting history and physical examinations and managing minor acute issues that arise, with an expected volume of 5-6 admissions per week. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
