Regional Maintenance Specialist

This role acts as a liaison between the home office and field by supporting a portion of Bath & Body Works 1800+ stores with store maintenance issues and escalations. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Field Leadership, Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Maintenance, and Construction. The specialist will partner to understand trends, act quickly to partner to resolve issues, and execute day-to-day support through a customer-focused lens. Responsibilities Act as liaison between field leaders, store operations, and maintenance teams for all maintenance issues and escalations. Responsible for all maintenance tickets and approvals in FEXA for assigned region. Partner with store operations and field leadership to resolve unplanned store closures due to maintenance issues. Partner with Project Managers on maintenance approvals and customer concerns as appropriate. Identify maintenance trends as they develop and report them to the Associate Project Manager for reporting purposes. Qualifications Highly organized with the ability to multitask. Experience supporting maintenance tickets in a multi-unit retail environment. Ability to communicate with home office, field, and external partners expertly and effectively. Solid understanding of general maintenance practices, tools, and resources preferred. Previous experience with FEXA preferred.
