Shift LeadHours: Full Time, 30-40 hours a week. Schedule: Wednesday 1pm-10pm and Thursday-Saturday 3 pm-12:15 am - Days and times may vary; including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.Location: 201 North Ave., Grand Junction, CO 81501The Shift Lead rocks the customer service specialist role and brings some scent-sational leadership to the team. Tidy up restrooms, cooler interiors and exteriors, parking lots, fuel islands, equipment, food service areas, shelves, and storage.Keep merchandise from getting skunky, ensuring items are stocked, faced, and priced correctly.Manage vendor, warehouse, and fuel deliveries, ensuring everything is in order.Create, submit, and edit supply orders, keeping inventory stocked and ready to rock!Assist in onboarding and training, and sniff out ways to engage and motivate the team.What You'll NeedAbility to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).Solution focused thinking- You get 5 minutes to complain, and then we solve problems and kick tail!Requirements:Must be at least 19 years of ageMust consent to and pass a background check.High School diploma or equivalent.Prior customer service experience in a retail setting.You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees (hey, at least it's not Antarctica).About StinkerFounded in 1936, Stinker is everyone's first choice for work, convenience, food, family, and fun!
