Flexographic Press Operator Spartanburg, SC | $19-$25/hr | Monday-Thursday Experienced Flexographic Press Operators—bring your skills to Quad and enjoy a consistent four-day workweek. Quad is hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Pay: $19-$25 / hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.-4 p.m. Relocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Previous flexographic printing press operating experience is required. What You'll Do

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
• Monitor color, registration, quality, and press performance
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Inspect finished products to customer specifications
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous flexographic press operating experience is required
• Mark Andy P5 experience preferred; experience with other flexographic presses will be considered
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Good color perception and attention to print quality
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation
• Ability to follow job specifications and use basic measuring tools
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed
