What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Administrator to guide large-scale, multifaceted projects.
• Serve as a central contributor in all phases of design documentation and technical detailing.
• Lead consultant and client coordination from concept through construction.
• Oversee specification development, project detailing, and design resolutions that maintain integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with construction administration to anticipate and resolve design or technical challenges.
• Maintain superior technical quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Blend hand drawing with technology to visualize and refine complex design problems creatively.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of architectural experience (license preferred but not required).
• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Advanced technical knowledge — you understand what it takes to build it right.
• Proven experience in multifamily, mixed-use, or student housing construction.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and related design platforms.
• Leadership and mentorship qualities with strong organizational and communication skills.
• A positive attitude, analytical mindset, and sense of humor that keeps collaboration effortless.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Current U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship not available).
