- 5 to 7 years of overall IT systems experience
- Strong experience supporting enterprise applications in development and production environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, performance, and scalability issues
- Expertise in Java
- Strong development experience with Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Strong Angular2+ UI development experience
- Experience with Event Hub
- Good exposure to SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of GitHub
- Deep understanding of infrastructure components and dependencies to troubleshoot end-to-end application issues
- Ability to analyze and resolve application issues across multiple layers including application, middleware, infrastructure, and platform
- Ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in distributed environments
- Ability to support production escalations with urgency and ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced support and delivery environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and support teams
- Experience in enterprise-grade application support and modernization environments
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable operating in a hybrid work model
