As a trusted national retail partner, FPA helps connect customers with telecommunications solutions through face-to-face retail sales, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

With continued telecommunications expansion involving Cox and Spectrum, we're building a team of ambitious individuals who want to develop valuable sales skills, gain professional experience, and grow into future leadership positions.

No previous sales experience is required! We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on development to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Spectrum telecommunications products and services at designated retail locations and promotional events.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their internet and telecommunications needs.
• Educate customers about available services, product benefits, and promotional offers.
• Generate new customer acquisitions through face-to-face sales presentations.
• Assist customers with service enrollment and answer questions regarding available plans.
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established sales procedures.
• Participate in daily sales training, coaching, and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to support FPA's continued growth throughout Arizona.
