Job Summary Analyzes data for the appraisal of single family residential real property. Determines property value based on site attribute collection and building footprints. Versed in the State’s Assessment Calendar and the County Office’s policies and procedures. Pay Rate The hourly range is from $28.53 to $32.49 depending on experience, plus full benefits. County pays monthly on the last weekday of the month. Qualifications/Education High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferable. State of Colorado Ad Valorem Appraisal License, or higher licensure, is required within 2 years of employment.
