The facility operates as a Level III trauma center with state-of-the-art technology and Epic EMR system, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical workflows.

Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:
Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology services for adult and geriatric patient populations
Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings with no weekend or call responsibilities
Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Manage 70% oncology and 30% hematology cases with no internal medicine requirements
See 12-25 outpatients per day in clinic/office setting
Round on 2-8 hospital patients per day
Work independently as the sole physician in practice with no APP support
Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
Board certification in Medical Oncology required, Hematology certification highly preferred
Active Virginia medical license and BLS certification required
COI coverage of $2.6M/$7.8M required if requested by facility
Credentialing timeframe: 3-14 days for temporary privileges, 2-3 months for permanent
Full travel expenses covered

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
