Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Georgetown, TX. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, directly support the Lead Wealth Advisor, maintain client records, and provide support for client onboarding and communication. This individual will have a strong desire to develop the essential communication, technical and social skills to support the advisors and client relationships of the firm. Essential Job Functions Develop effective communication skills with clients, centers of influence, industry contacts and team members Learn and develop mastery in financial software programs:Salesforce FSC, Orion, IncomeLabs, Holistiplan, Digital Allocation Tool, etc. Manage the Client Review process Manage Client Onboarding process Coordinate with DOFI to schedule one-off meetings with clients and outside professionals, if needed Support all assigned advisors Delegate all operational tasks to the Client Service Associate(s) Owner of Client Records Confirms and verifies trade and distribution requests Accountable for Required Minimum Distributions for assigned advisors Complete Client Service Model plan (i.e. client touch calls, passion prospecting, etc.), as directed Random acts of kindness Participate in our internal meeting rhythms and develop quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Participate in training and continuing education requirements. Learn and develop sales techniques Adhere to Compliance policies and procedures Attend firm events Other duties and special projects, as assigned Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining trustworthy client relationships A genuine interest in serving and caring for clients. Proficiency in CRM tools, data management, and organizational skills Understanding of financial principles, investment products, and account management Experience with client onboarding and addressing inquiries in a professional manner Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred If licensed, clean U-4 and U-5 history Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Compensation and Benefits Compensation includes base salary (ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 based on experience), plus bonus and incentives.
