HR Coordinator

The National Kidney Registry (NKR) is seeking an HR Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting and scaling the human resources function during a period of rapid organizational growth. This position goes beyond administrative support and requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple priorities and entities. Responsibilities Own and execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain compliance with I-9 and employee documentation requirements Support benefits administration, including renewals and open enrollment Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries Maintain and audit employee records within HRIS (Insperity preferred) Support payroll coordination, including PTO tracking and employee updates Generate and analyze HR and payroll reports to support decision-making Assist in performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives Support HR operations across multiple entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy Identify process improvement opportunities and help scale HR infrastructure Connect with patients and/or champions via text, email, phone and an internal communications portal on a weekly basis Hours Monday through Friday—standard business hours with flexibility based on business needs Additional hours may be required based on business demands. Education Experience 2–4 years of HR Coordinator or related experience Experience working within a PEO environment preferred (Insperity a plus) Experience supporting a multi-entity organization is a plus Skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Concur experience is a plus Additional Information This is a full-time, salaried position based in Greenwich, CT, with a hybrid work environment.
