We are seeking anexperienced and dedicated clinicianto join our team as a Case Therapist II. The ideal candidate will have a strong track recordofeffective treatment planning,creative therapeutic interventions, and the use ofintegrative, evidence-based approachesin groupsettings along with individual and family therapy. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensivepatient assessmentsand develop individualizedtreatment plans Providedirect clinical services, primarily group therapy, along with individual and family counseling Coordinate care by communicating effectively with thetreatment team,patients, andfamilies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in themedical record Supportdischarge planningand ensure continuity of care across the treatment spectrum Key assets: Proven experience inclinical treatment planningand implementation Skilled increative and integrative therapeutic techniques Strongtime management,organizational, anddetail-orientedskills Aself-starterwith the ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellentverbal and written communicationskills A trueteam playerwho thrives in a multidisciplinary environment Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Education: Master’s degree in behavioral health field and license eligible. Licensure: Must be license eligible at time of hire with timeframe determined by manager to secure license in behavioral health field, which may include licensed social worker, professional counselor, psychologist, marriage and family therapist. Experience: Minimum two years of experience working in clinical treatment setting in substance abuse and/or mental health setting. 2 years of experience in intensive treatment setting with individual and group counseling in substance abuse setting and /or mental health setting. Behavioral Attributes: Must be computer comfortable Customer Service skills. Experience with motivational interviewing style. Preferred: Certification in addictions preferred. 2-5 years of experience working in clinical treatment setting in substance abuse and/or mental health setting. Prefer Licensed LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, LMFT or other license in behavioral health. CERT CADC, LIC CPC, LIC LCSW, LIC, LPC, LIC LSW, LIC MSW 2-5 years; some program treatment Certification in addictions preferred.
