Hospice Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospice setting providing end-of-life care in patients' homes. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Perform comprehensive assessments, symptom and pain management, and personalized care planning. Educate and support patients and families through end-of-life processes. Ensure thorough, compliant documentation in EMR systems. Work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Travel within assigned territory to patient homes. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
