This is professional electrical engineering work.

Employees in this job are responsible for the design, or review of designs, of complete electrical engineering projects or for the conduct of a segment of an engineering research project. Work may involve designing or reviewing the design of projects such as a complete electrical distribution system, the lighting and safety signals for a complex highway interchange, underground mine electrical systems and equipment, or the conversion of a facility to a total electric utility base.
