This travel nursing role will immerse you in an Intensive Care Unit setting that fosters collaboration and exposes you to varied workplace practices. Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Straight nights
• Every other holiday required
• Every other weekend required

What You'll Need:

• Active RN license
• 1+ years of travel nursing experience
• Previous ICU experience required
• Strong critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, monitoring and assessing patient needs in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement effective treatment strategies
• Accurately document patient information and respond effectively to emergencies or changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and professional practice
