This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs, budgets, and preferences.Follow up consistently with prospects and lead opportunities.Conduct insurance reviews with prospective and current customers.Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.QualificationsCompetitive and goal-oriented mindset.Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter who takes ownership of their resultsCoachable and open to feedbackComfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversationsProfessional, positive attitudeLicensing RequirementsProperty & Casualty License (required)Life & Health License (required)Don't currently hold a license?
