Line Cook- Join Our Culinary Team

DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North is looking for a dependable and motivated PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality food preparation, and enjoy working alongside a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

Pay & Schedule

$19–$21 per hour based on experience
Full-time PM shifts
Weekend and holiday availability required
Consistent scheduling and team-oriented environment

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely ticket execution during service
Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen closing procedures
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent guest experience

What We’re Looking For

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
