The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication environment using machinery such as form presses, sheet liners, brake presses, or punch presses.
• Or previous experience with CNC computer-operated presses or lasers.
• Ability to use and understand various measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications, such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers protractors, templates, etc.
• Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours per day on the concrete surface.

Responsibilities:

• Receives engineering print or blueprint, interprets, sets dies and settings to specifications to ensure quality output.
• Inspects metal fabrication machinery, installs, aligns, and locks specified punches, dies cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools.
