About the Position

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 24 months Home Health experience License: Active license to practice verified in last 30 days Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: Candidates must have recent Home Health experience within the last 12 months. Candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice. Candidates must provide a driver's license to verify residency. Description: Candidates must wear pewter scrubs. Candidates who are residents of Arizona are not eligible for assignments in Arizona. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. The more flexible candidates are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster an offer can be secured. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and cannot be made during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. Candidates should specify the facility names, states, or indicate they are open to any facility in any state. Candidates should list all shifts they are willing to work and all departments in which they are experienced and willing to work. All candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept offers. If candidates withdraw or are no longer available, please inform immediately. Candidates must complete a skills checklist within the last 12 months. Candidates must have travel experience, which is highly preferred. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
