HIRING NOW: Food Production Worker

$16/hr

6:00am-2:30pm (M-F)

De Pere, WI

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of food production, including preparing ingredients, operating machinery, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be able to follow instructions, and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Operate food processing equipment such as mixers, grinders, and ovens
Monitor the production process to ensure quality and adherence to food safety standards
Package finished products according to company guidelines
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow all health and safety regulations
Report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food production or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
