Campus Recruitment Consultant- Intermediate Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose to join our talent acquisition team in the role of Campus Recruitment Consultant- Intermediate. This is a full time, hybrid role with frequent in-state travel and possible out of state travel required. Responsibilities include recruiting top early-career talent by leveraging Talent Acquisition best practices, utilizing data-driven insights to identify top talent pools and understand market trends, establishing strong connections with career services, faculty, and student organizations, and planning and executing campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, info sessions, and workshops. The role also involves overseeing the logistics for campus recruitment events, monitoring and managing the campus recruitment budget, training interviewers on BBI techniques, conducting workshops and providing resources for consistent implementation, and ensuring functional interviewers are trained to evaluate technical skills and problem-solving abilities relevant to the role. The Campus Recruitment Consultant will also review and ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, maintain and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and keep candidates engaged and informed from acceptance through to their start date. Requirements include 3-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, minimum 3 years of recruiting/campus recruiting/campus sourcing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management system (CRM) experience a plus, and a proven track record of recruiting top talent.
