Asbestos Abatement Supervisor – Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Asbestos Abatement Supervisor to join our growing team in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising asbestos abatement projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise asbestos abatement projects from start to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and applicable Pennsylvania requirements.
• Manage and direct asbestos workers on job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, clients, and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Maintain proper project documentation, daily reports, and safety records.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania Asbestos Abatement Supervisor certification.
• Current member or ability to join Labors’ Union.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully pass:
• • Criminal Background Check
  • FBI Fingerprinting
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
• Ability to work in occupied schools and other sensitive environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on school, commercial, and public projects.
• Knowledge of AHERA, OSHA, and Pennsylvania asbestos regulations.
• Experience coordinating air monitoring and project closeout procedures.
