The Staff Pad   has partnered with a growing, client-focused law firm to identify a   Probate Of Counsel Attorney   to support their expanding caseload in the Austin market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced probate attorney seeking flexible, part-time work with a collaborative and reputable team.

Position Overview:

This role will focus on handling probate matters from start to finish, providing legal guidance, drafting documents, and supporting clients through the probate process. The firm is looking for someone who can operate independently while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage probate cases, including both independent and dependent administrations
• Draft and review probate pleadings, filings, and related legal documents
• Advise clients on estate administration, timelines, and legal requirements
• Communicate effectively with courts, clients, and internal team members
• Ensure compliance with Texas probate laws and procedures

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in the state of Texas
• 5+ years of probate experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Texas probate processes and court systems
• Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
