Data Loading Supervisor

Overview Amyx, Inc. is seeking an Data Loading Supervisor to be located in Washington, DC, for the eDiscovery team that will support the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of General Counsel (OGC).The SEC has four primary goals: 1) Detect possible violations of the securities laws and regulations, including fraud; 2) Foster strong compliance and risk management practices; 3) monitor risk; and 4) Provide the SEC with implementation of rules and laws. The work environment will be dynamic, fast-paced and the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer service presence with SEC and Contractor staff. Responsibilities The Data Loading Supervisor leads day-to-day eDiscovery operations while driving automation, scripting, and systems integrations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role supervises analysts and project staff, oversees complex collections and processing workflows, and develops automated solutions that integrate eDiscovery tools with enterprise systems. Supervise and mentor eDiscovery analysts and senior analysts, ensuring adherence to defensible workflows and best practicesOversee end-to-end eDiscovery operations including collections, processing, review preparation, production, and data disposition.Serve as an escalation point for complex technical, legal, and data integrity issues.Ensure chain of custody, documentation, and defensibility across all matters.
