We're more than just a shop; we're a place where your expertise is appreciated, your hard work is rewarded, and your career will thrive.Why Stress-Free Auto Care?Competitive Pay: Earn $33–$40/hr based on experience, with uncapped weekly performance bonuses.Weekend Shift Differential: Earn an extra $5/hr working Sat or Sun OR $10/hr working BothComprehensive Benefits: We offer PTO, (6) paid holidays, and full Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.401(k) with Matching: Build your future with our generous retirement plan.Paid Skills Enhancement Training: Stay ahead of the curve with access to paid training and professional development.Employee Discounts: Save on parts and services for your own vehicle.Toolbox Relocation Assistance: We'll help you get your tools where they need to be!Employee Referral Program: Earn extra cash when you refer a qualified technician to join the team.What You'll Do:As an automotive technician at Stress-Free Auto Care, you will:Diagnose and repair various systems, including but not limited to complex engine repairs, suspension, electrical, and heating/AC systems.Work with a team to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards.Complete thorough digital inspections and maintenance reports.Stay engaged with customers and the service department, keeping them informed on the repair progress.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and help with routine shop upkeep.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations.What We're Looking For:10+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (we love seasoned pros!).Expertise in ALL vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.Proficient in using hand tools and shop equipment (having your own tools is a plus).ASE certifications are great, but not required—if you don't have them, we'll help you get them!A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting.A passion for helping customers and delivering high-quality service every time.Physical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.Stand and walk for the majority of the workday in a high-volume environment.Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.Why You'll Love It Here: At Stress-Free Auto Care, we believe in making your work-life balance a priority.
