Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings.
• We create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas.
• We train paraprofessional staff on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• We work under direct supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

We are Heartlinks ABA, a growing multi-state ABA provider owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018. We focus on clinically proven, naturalistic teaching, primarily delivered in homes, supporting infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder to build communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills. We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts for full-time or part-time opportunities in North Carolina, with in-home and hybrid options, Monday through Friday schedules with optional weekends.
