Real-Time CDI Risk Adjustment Nurse (Remote)
TENDO
Tendo seeks an experienced CDI Risk Adjustment Nurse to review inpatient documentation in real time, identifying opportunities and issuing physician-facing queries. You will collaborate with physicians and APPs, support education initiatives, and help calibrate reviewer quality.
Requirements include CDI/QDI and acute-care nursing experience, active RN license, CCDS, Epic familiarity, and strong communication skills.
