We’re hiring a Manufacturing Production Technician for our Sugarland, TX. client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Manufacturing Production Technician
Location: Sugarland, TX
Pay: $16-$20/hr. DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Duration: temp-to-hire
Description of Duties: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality standards. Inspect and test products using precision measuring tools. Make equipment adjustments and troubleshoot production issues as needed. Assemble, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain production records, equipment logs, and required documentation. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized. Assist with equipment installations, process improvements, and new product testing.
Requirements: 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience. High school diploma or GED preferred. Comfortable working with manufacturing equipment and related technology. Ability to read and follow detailed procedures and instructions. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and work around moving equipment and elevated noise levels. Must be able to wear required PPE.
