As a Project Hope BCBA, you'll do more than cover hours: you'll shape how high-quality care reaches families who would otherwise go without. You'll deliver exceptional ABA supervision, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care – all with the flexibility and autonomy of a part-time, mission-driven role. Perks & Benefits Premium Pay: Hourly pay between $70-75 per hour, aligned with skills and experience Flexibility: Set your schedule with an expected minimum of 6 clinical hours per week up to 20 hours per week Predictability: A consistent, recurring schedule you can plan around Telehealth: Hybrid and Telehealth Options available for BCBAs with 5+ years of certification Employee Assistance Program University Partnership Benefits Career Development & Leadership Tracks Fun, Collaborative Culture: team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership What You’ll Do Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines. Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care Maintain targeted caseload Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
