We believe PropFuel can be a critical element for association member engagement and AI is the conduit for us to make it happen. Managed Services is our done-for-you offering: PropFuel builds, deploys, and manages campaigns on behalf of the client. As a Client Success Manager, Managed Services, that work is yours. You’ll be with clients all the way from onboarding and their first few conversational engagement campaigns to making sure our more experienced clients are getting everything they can out of the PropFuel platform to connect with their members. You can expect to: Learn more than you ever thought you would know about how associations work Discover what really makes software valuable to clients—and how to turn “meh” into “wow” Become an expert in “Member Engagement” by getting involved in industry learning events and speaking with client membership and marketing teams Deliver a consultative coaching experience for our clients, helping them figure out how to maximize the benefits of the PropFuel platform to meet their specific needs Troubleshoot, brainstorm, and solve real challenges with creativity and heart Develop and help implement creative solutions to Membership/Marketing client problems Build personal relationships with clients—because work should be fun, not transactional You will focus on: Building, deploying, and managing campaigns on behalf of your clients — you’re not just the coach, you’re suiting up and playing too Client retention (our North Star metric in Client Success) Onboarding Managed Services new clients Developing strategic roadmaps with clients so every client knows their PropFuel plan and why Helping clients connect PropFuel to other systems via integrations (a little tech-savvy magic) Helping and consulting with clients on conversational engagement tactics to drive member acquisition, retention, and lapsed member win-backs Training and coaching clients with on our software Figuring out more efficient methods for bringing clients up to speed Figuring out more efficient methods for delivering managed services at scale Keeping tabs on client progress and re-engaging the quiet ones (because ghosting hurts) Managing regular check-ins with established clients You should apply if: You have 5+ years of professional experience Are tech-savvy and maybe a little AI-obsessed You enjoy client-facing work Are a critical thinker who loves solving puzzles independently Can handle a little chaos (we’re a fast-moving startup, not a stuffy corporate ladder) It’s a bonus if you have: An understanding of the Association vertical Prior experience working for an association or a software company Why you’ll love working at PropFuel: A fast-growing SaaS company where you’ll have a big impact Awesome culture with a focus on personal and professional growth An opportunity to work with innovative technologies, great clients, and like-minded people Fully remote team and flexible work hours Health, dental, vision – A fast-growing SaaS company where you'll have a big impact 401(k) so your future self can retire on a yacht, or at least a kayak Unlimited PTO, just don’t attend client kick-off calls from a hammock *every* week.
