What You’ll Be Doing- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps,
- furnaces, package units)
- Follow manufacturer specs, local code, and company quality standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and your install team
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Complete install paperwork accurately and on time
- 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics and crawl spaces
- Pride in workmanship and a professional attitude
