Executive Director, CMBS Origination - Conduit & SASB

Santander US seeks an Executive Director to lead CMBS origination for conduit and SASB within the Commercial Real Estate Finance team. You will source, structure, and close complex CRE loans, expand client relationships, and shape the origination strategy across markets.
As a player-coach, you will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Credit Risk and Legal, and drive production while maintaining strong profitability.
