Work Experience

5+ years of relevant product analyst experience (required)

Experience in data mapping across systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills

Strong team player

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Proven experience in Jack Henry Core Banking platform (New Digital Core)

Proven experience in Jack Henry Banno (front end) & Open Anywhere (Onboarding application)

Design & define training framework for digital channel operations teams

Define training documents for new digital channel operations team

Define a training matrix structure for L0-L3 tiered support across Jack Henry & 3rd party applications and their scope of service

Execute training for operations team members (L0-L3 levels)

Guide users on self-service capabilities for L0 level support
