Summary of essential job functions Assemble pneumatic control valves using a variety of tools, including pneumatic drivers, torque wrenches, and other hand tools Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure product quality and consistency Conduct functional tests on completed units Troubleshoot assembly performance issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Cross‑train on different product lines as needed Collaborate effectively with team members Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or related field Proficiency with hand tools and pneumatic tools Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Excellent communication skills in English Ability to lift 50 pounds Preferred Experience Background in mechanical assembly, particularly with precision components Familiarity with pneumatic systems Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, or utilities Knowledge of quality control processes Note: While our focus is on pneumatic control valve assembly, we recognize that experience from related fields such as automotive technology may be valuable due to similarities in tool usage, mechanical processes, and attention to detail.
