Product Manager

We are looking for someone to join our high-performance Genomics team. This person will work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. Your focus will be on the Target Enrichment portfolio, including SureSelect and HaloPlex technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define market requirements for current and future products using market research and feedback from customers
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to define trends and develop product strategies
• Drive the development of messaging and positioning for key products and applications
• Create effective marketing collateral and sales tools, including presentations, datasheets, and sales trainings
• Collaborate with customers and KOLs to develop products, establish partnerships, and penetrate key application areas
• Work with cross-functional partners, including marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and sales to achieve business objectives
• Develop and improve key processes that support our mission of building a world-class marketing organization
• Create and give presentations at conferences, workshops, and customer sites

BS in biology, molecular biology; related discipline or equivalent. Master's degree or higher a plus.

Experience with Next Generation Sequencing as well as constitutional and cancer applications

2+ years experience in the life science industry as a product manager working with worldwide customers

Ability to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, assess, and solve problems

Excellent written and oral communications skills and comfortable presenting to high level audiences both internally and externally

Strong team working capabilities across the organization, including R&D, Sales, and Manufacturing

Clear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer focus

Available for up to 25% business travel
