beIN SPORTS North America is the English- and Spanish-language 24/7 sports network delivering live game action, news, and analysis from the world's top leagues across television, streaming, and mobile platforms, as part of beIN MEDIA GROUP.

We're hiring a Strategic Marketing & Communications Manager in Miami, and here's the honest shape of it.

\n

\n

You own how beIN SPORTS shows up across the US and Canada, and whether that showing up produces subscribers. Paid media and attribution are about 45 % of the week. Communications is another 15%, where you are the point of contact for our PR agency and the partner to our Group Communications team in the UK. Communications and PR Experience is crucial. The rest is keeping the message consistent from the ad to the landing page to the app to the support reply, and producing the reporting that shows what any of it did.

You report directly to the VP of Business Development and Affiliate Sales. No layer in between. Much of this work has never had a dedicated owner, so you will define how it runs.

You'll fit if :

\n

\n
• You have 5+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, and you have personally run paid campaigns end to end, including budget, targeting, creative iteration, and reporting on what it returned.
\n
• Background in a broadcast media production and Distribution company.
\n
• You are rigorous about attribution. You have built or maintained UTM and tracking discipline and you know the difference between what a platform claims and what actually converted.
\n
• You can write. Press releases, campaign copy, knowledge base articles, and an executive summary are all in your range, and you are comfortable being the one who writes them.
\n
• You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, because half this audience is Spanish-speaking and translated-sounding copy does not convert.
\n
• You want ownership across the funnel rather than one specialism, and you are willing to be the person who builds and runs the work rather than only the person who briefs it out.

Preferred:

\n

\n
• Direct-to-consumer subscription or streaming experience in the television industry, including acquisition, churn, and lifecycle messaging.
\n
• App marketing experience, including app store optimization and install or subscription campaigns.
\n
• Working knowledge of a lifecycle or CRM platform, and of a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
\n
• Experience maintaining knowledge base or help center content.
\n
• Sports, media, or entertainment background, and a genuine interest in international soccer.
