About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a focus on medical and scientific personnel. This critical leadership role involves partnering with administrative leaders to drive structural and strategic development, particularly in the areas of change management and workflow reengineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, onboarding, retaining, and developing talent, as well as fostering a culture that supports the organization's mission and goals. A transformative HR change leader with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, including a background in large, complex healthcare environments, is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operationalizing change, a strong business acumen, and the ability to work at speed and under pressure while maintaining high-quality results. Candidates for this position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a background that includes senior-level generalist HR leadership, preferably within a university environment. Key criteria include experience in leading change management strategies, a data-focused approach to measuring transformation, and the ability to work with executive leadership to effectively communicate and implement change throughout the organization. The role demands a professional with a high level of emotional and intellectual intelligence, who is adept at working in demanding environments and is committed to being on-site 100% of the time. Strong communication skills, a generalist HR background, and a solid understanding of compensation are also required.
