You will be encouraged to gain understanding of all the components of our technology stack including Azure, databases, and related enterprise platforms and will work closely with the members of your team to deliver solutions. You will bridge traditional application development with modern platform-based solutions and take ownership of designing and implementing CI/CD processes. You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentoring to other Developers.The Expertise and Skills You Bring:Full stack software engineering 8 plus years of experience; with a focus in financial services applications is a plusBS/BA Degree or equivalent experience requiredStrong hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)Demonstrated experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partnersShown leadership skills in driving the workforce and guiding/mentoring junior developersExperience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and featuresProven understanding of the Agile software development methodologyExtensive experience decomposing sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutionsRelevant knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologiesProficiency with server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: Python, .NET, .NET MVC and Microsoft frameworksClient-side language, library, and framework proficiency: React a plus, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, SPFxSolid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including build pipelines, automation, and version controlDemonstrated ability to establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for both traditional applications (React/Python)Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams working on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud servicesShown ability to create automation scripts and tooling to streamline deployments and workflowsExperience defining best practices for version control, release management, and DevOps in hybrid environmentsDemonstrated experience communicating technical needs and capabilities to both technical and non-technical team membersComfort working across both traditional codebases and platform-based solutionsYour experience with the following will be a plus:AI integration experienceWorking knowledge of AzureAzure DevOps or GitHub ActionsExposure to data platforms or analytics tools, especially within Microsoft FabricFamiliarity with broader DevOps practices and deployment automationThe TeamOur team designs, develops, implements, and supports a broad and diverse technology stack, spanning modern web applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud services.
