Job Summary Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Track and report on budget utilization and resource allocation to support informed decision-making by stakeholders Collect, synthesize, and present project data in clear formats for stakeholder reporting and executive visibility Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, to maintain team cadence Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear communication Handle sensitive project discussions with confidentiality, integrity, and professional discretion Utilize JIRA and Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, to manage project documentation and reporting Minimum Requirements 5-10 years of project management experience, with cybersecurity or infrastructure experience a plus 5 years of experience in budget tracking and resource management Demonstrated experience collecting data and producing stakeholder-facing reports Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Strong communication and problem-solving skills across multiple teams and organizational levels Bachelor's degree in any field, IT disciplines preferred Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) Background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure project environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
