Compensation and Benefits: As a full-time hygienist, you can expect: Base Pay: $55-$65 per hour ($114,400 -$135,200 annually for FT hours) Bonus Opportunities: Total compensation can reach up to $90/hr. or $187,000 per year with collection bonuses! Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates with a one-year commitment. 16+ FREE CE units annually through live courses and webinars, led by our nationally recognized Hygiene Mentor.
