Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Salinas, California

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with students requiring intensive, individualized behavioral support, making a tangible impact every day. What You'll Need:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with significant externalizing behaviors
• Prior work with high needs populations in educational settings
• Ability to adapt strategies in fast-paced, changing school environments
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and other specialists

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted, one-on-one behavioral interventions for students attending school on a part-day basis (2-3 hours/day)
• Develop supportive relationships to encourage positive behavioral change
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect relevant behavioral data
• Consult with teaching staff and contribute to school-wide behavioral strategies
• Serve as a resource in classrooms or throughout the school with general behavioral needs during non-case hours
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulations and guidelines
