Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator for the Tampa area. The role requires exceptional customer service, clear communication, and strong computer skills in a fast-paced environment. The position is on-site with standard hours and occasional on-call duties on weekends. The successful candidate will recruit candidates, screen and interview applicants, assess fit, and assist with payroll processing.
