Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Customer service skills to ensure customers have a positive experience

· Prepare all of McDonald's World-Famous food to the gold standard

· Works well with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun

· Able to have great communication with employees and customers alike

· Keep the restaurant looking clean and inviting

· Basic math skills such as addition and subtraction

· Willingness to learn and follow instructions

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Digital skills and knowledge of the My McDonald's rewards app

Essential Duties:

As a Crew Person, you may also be responsible for:

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves

• Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and/or make menu recommendations

• Focus on the food: Prepare and present delicious food

• Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

• Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly, have fun!

Physical Demands:

· Must work a schedule that fits the restaurant needs

· Stand and walk for long periods of time

· Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out

· Use muscles to lift, push, pull and carry objects: occasionally up to 40 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds.

· Complete tasks, works positions with repetitive motions

· Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
