Ready caseloads available with no lengthy ramp-up period. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Conduct services in-person in Maryland on an as-needed basis; remaining sessions can be conducted remotely. Participate in virtual team meetings with camera on during virtual supervision and team meetings. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Maryland, or ability to obtain one. Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable delivering both telehealth and in-person services. Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
