Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support customer acquisition, promotional campaigns, brand awareness, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, presenting products and services, building relationships, and contributing to measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Engage directly with prospective customers to generate interest in products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present product and service information clearly and professionally.
- Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities.
- Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
- Track customer interactions, leads, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
