Overview Exciting opportunity with an established wealth advisor firm. We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator with Oracle Opera Cloud skills. Role Details Contract Duration: Through the end of the year, with potential for extension. Location: 100% remote (occasional travel possible). Opera Cloud Integration Integration and configuration of Opera Cloud. Deployment, training, and Go‑live process management. User support, troubleshooting, and project management within a SaaS environment. Microsoft & Infrastructure Administration Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Administer Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and related security tools. Administer Zoom, including AI, telephony, and SMS. Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security configuration. Integration & Operations Support onboarding and IT integration for acquired firms, including data transfers using tools like Bititan and Sharegate. Work closely with our MSP (Thrive) on daily operations and escalations. Maintain high responsiveness and customer service in a wealth management environment. Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on Microsoft 365 / Azure administration experience. Deep understanding of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and the Defender suite. Strong security and vulnerability management background. Experience supporting financial or regulated environments is preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
