About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, motivated team player who’s passionate about early childhood development. As a Lead Childcare Teacher, you’ll guide daily classroom activities, support children’s learning and growth, and help create a welcoming environment for families.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily classroom activities and build a strong foundation for learning.
• Develop trusting, supportive relationships with children and their families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, positive, and nurturing classroom.
• Collaborate with your team to support each child’s development.

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old .
• An associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to pass a background check.
