Sales Operations AdminThe Sales Operations Admin provides administrative and operational support to the OmniMetrix sales team, ensuring accurate, timely order processing and account management for our growing customer base. This role is a key point of contact for customers and internal teams alike — supporting the sales process end to end, delivering responsive customer service, and helping expand customer understanding of OmniMetrix products and services in a way that supports continued company growth.Order Processing & Account ManagementProcess new sales orders for equipment and services, maintaining accurate files, pricing, and credit memosProcess customer account changes, including disconnects, installations, and transfersWork with sales and warehouse staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on timeContact customers regarding past-due accountsSales & Customer SupportCoordinate with the sales team to schedule sales meetings, calls, customer onboarding, and training sessionsDeliver exceptional customer service by managing the flow of customer requirements, inquiries, and account changes, ensuring on-time delivery and timely communication of order and change statusAnswer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionallyCoordinate travel and tradeshow logistics as neededGeneral Administrative SupportMaintain accurate, organized records across orders, accounts, and pricingPerform other administrative duties as assigned by the General ManagerRequired Experience & Skills3+ years of customer service experience3+ years of order processing experience2+ years of sales support experienceExperience with SalesforceIntermediate-level proficiency in ExcelStrong mathematical accuracy and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environmentStrong sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting customer expectationsAbility to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced office environmentComfortable working a Monday–Friday in-office scheduleEDUCATIONAssociate's degree or equivalent related business experienceSalary Range: $55k-$63K, commensurate with qualifications and experienceMedical & dental insurance401(k) planPaid time offStock option plan
