Multi-Site RN SupervisorLocation: Newark, NJ (Onsite)Position Type: Full TimeCompensation: Pay Range: $115,000-$125,000 Per YearDescription: Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a leadership role to oversee clinical operations across multiple sites in Newark, NJ. This full-time position involves managing vaccine programs, training clinical staff, and ensuring compliance. Proficiency in electronic medical records is required.Requirements: Active RN license in New Jersey, 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, 2-3 years of supervisory experience across multiple sites, experience with vaccine management and compliance, strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in electronic medical records systems, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey, 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health, 2-3 years of management experience, knowledge of immunization program management, experience in training and supervising clinical staff, familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements, strong communication skills.Email: View email address on click.appcast.io
